Indulge in opulent Autumnal Cocktails with Edinburgh Gin
Autumn has officially arrived at Rabble and with the new season came another gorgeous installation from Wild Flowers Edinburgh and Edinburgh Gin. Our Garden Bar was transformed from a Summery butterfly sanctuary to an Autumnal heaven. Peach Dahlias and burgundy foliage surround the room with a statement floral wall perfect for those Insta-worthy selfies.
And with the new season came a delicious range of cocktails crafted by our Bar Manager, Matteo, in collaboration with Edinburgh Gin. Matteo crafted a menu that not only showcased the core range with the Classic, Cannonball and Seaside gins but also the famous Edinburgh Gin liqueurs resulting in a selection of cocktails that everyone can indulge in and that are perfect for sipping on after a day exploring the city, a girly day out or paired alongside dishes prepared on our Josper grill.
The new Autumnal additions have proven to be a hit with our customers since launching and have become staples for this season at Rabble.
